Integrative Fertility Coaching
In my 1:1 coaching practice, I work with women to get clear answers about their health through lab testing, detailed sessions and a wide network of the best practitioners. I believe that women deserve true diagnoses and investigation of their symptoms - something our healthcare system is not set up to accomplish. I consider ‘unexplained infertility’ a harmful diagnosis. Solving health issues for women is a personal and political endeavor that I do not take lightly.
All 1:1 fertility clients receive comprehensive lab work and as needed gut mapping. I support clients through coming off birth control, pregnancy prep, unexplained infertility, IVF, egg retrievals, postpartum symptoms and more to get back to their best selves.

Doula Practice
It is my greatest honor to support women through the miracle of birth and the portal that is postpartum. I support as a Doula for hospital, birth center and at home births in Los Angeles.
In person birth services include:
Pre-natal support and education for both Partners
Birth intentions and Birth planning
Consistent support throughout pregnancy once hired
24/hr support during labor
Post partum visit
My Postpartum Doula services are available to Birth clients and on their own. Supporting women Postpartum has quickly become a favorite part of this work for me for many reasons.
All women deserve the support to bask in their newborn phase while healing from pregnancy and birth. It is almost indescribable the impact that having someone to help with your newborn, breastfeeding, and feeding/nourishing your household multiple times a week can have on your newly expanded family.
I customize my support based on budget and family need but all include nourishing food with organic ingredients cooked in your home to assist your healing.
I also offer Tarot & Astrology optional readings as part of my coaching & doula practice or scheduled separately.
